A legal disclaimer1. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your package and delivery date.
We accept online payments through our website or approved payment platforms. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
2. Cancellations
Because our products are seasonal and custom-prepared, all sales are final.
Cancellations are non-refundable, but we will gladly work with you to reschedule your delivery or setup date if notified at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
3. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final.
Due to the perishable nature of pumpkins and seasonal décor, no refunds or returns are accepted once your order has been delivered or set up.
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged or missing items), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can address the concern promptly.
4. Photo Usage
We love showcasing our designs!
Grateful Gourds may take photos of completed porch setups to use for marketing and social media. These images will not include any personal or identifying details.
If you prefer that your porch not be photographed or shared, please let us know when you place your order, and we’ll be happy to honor your request.
5. Property Access
By placing an order, you grant Grateful Gourds permission to access your porch or front entry area for delivery, setup, and removal (if applicable). Please ensure the area is safe, accessible, and free from obstructions.
6. Liability
Grateful Gourds is not responsible for any damage caused by weather, pets, theft, or other factors beyond our control after setup is completed.
We take care to ensure safe placement of all items, but homeowners are responsible for maintaining and monitoring their display after installation.
7. Agreement
By placing an order with Grateful Gourds, you agree to these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
